Food scraps, yard clippings and leaves are common components of Moab's waste stream that many residents would like to avoid sending to our landfills. Composting is a great way to do this! While Moab currently has no curbside compost pick-up program, there are still ways to start composting here in town if you aren't already doing so in your own back yard. Here are a few resources from CCR friends and colleagues around the State of Utah that might help you get going. If you have other composting suggestions to share, please let us know!
